2018 Banfi Cuvée Aurora Rosé Alta Langa DOCG is an elegant Italian sparkling rosé from the esteemed Banfi Piemonte estate in the Alta Langa region of Piedmont, Italy. Crafted using the Metodo Classico (traditional bottle fermentation) with 100% Pinot Noir grapes selected from high‑altitude vineyards, this Extra Brut sparkling wine spends at least 30 months on the lees, resulting in finely persistent bubbles and a refined structure.

In the glass it shows a pale pink color with delicate perlage and offers an intense, enveloping bouquet with notes of golden apple peel, wild rose, citrus peel, and subtle hints of vanilla. On the palate it is well‑structured, silky, and harmonious, with crisp acidity that balances its depth and freshness, making it both expressive and elegant.

With an approximate 12.5% ABV, this sparkling rosé is ideal as a refined aperitif and pairs beautifully with oysters, raw and cooked seafood, shellfish, white meats, and light appetizers — or enjoyed chilled on its own for celebrations and special occasions.
